I’ve an expertise of more then 20 years in training, education and business mentoring. I'm a Pimento Map certificated mentor for growth companies.
expertise: growth, edtech, learntech, education ,learn communities and intercultural communication. I design and develop new (digital) educational methods and tools, with a strong attention to the building of collective knowledge ( communities). I design and manage a learning platform eg for smart cities  and developing a new collective and self-empowering decision logic, Bringing out the Best in People/ in Me ( BOBIP/M). This logic is based on relational cognition.
