My empathic nature drives me to gain a deep understanding of the problem from the customer’s perspective to design solutions that matter. As an innovation coach I support individuals and team in driving and implementing solutions with impact. I also support teams in redesigning their working models and culture by empowering people with a growth-mindset, curiosity, openness to experimentation and learning from failure.
