Dr. Lydia Wazir-Staubmann is Director of the OSUN ExEd Hub at CEU. As an experienced leadership coach, higher education professional, course designer and instructional developer, she has designed and developed a variety of hybrid training solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual training sessions, and self-study programs). She has also designed blended learning and leadership programs for international organizations such as the UNODC, NGOs and for the private sector. She is a certified scrum product owner as well as a resilience and train-the-trainer instructor and holds workshops on resilience in the workplace, talent development, agile leadership training, and teacher training workshops.  Lydia has also gained valuable experience as an entrepreneur, having founded and run a successful business for over 5 years before joining academia.
